For one year, Helen wrote, produced and uploaded and new song every week to her website as a free download. Thirteen of those songs were remixed and mastered and released as her CD 'Song of the Week'. The entire, original Song of the Week project is still available here.
50/90
Helen has (foolishly!) started the '50 songs in 90 days' challenge which was set by FAWM and started on July 4th. Click here to listen to the songs she's managed to write so far.
Comox Valley Songwriter's Circle
Founded and hosted by Helen in 2005, this group meets on the first Wednesday of every month at the Muir Gallery, Courtenay, BC.

A concert held at the Sid Williams Theatre. An evening of entertainment that raises spirits, as well as money for the Comox Valley Hospice Society.
