Just had confirmation that 'Almost' has been placed in a dark, indie movie called 'Everything Must Go'.
"It's Me" was used once again in 'Plain Jane' on Wed August 18th (repeated Aug 24th) and it is now available as a single on itunes.
"It's Me" and "Crossroads" were placed in the new CW Reality TV show "Plain Jane" which aired on Wed Aug 4th and repeated Tues Aug 10th.
MTV's Real World New Orleans used Helen's song "Fall Apart" in their Aug 11th episode.
"Crossroads" and "Fall Apart" are now available as singles on 
'Song of the Week' CD now available here and on itunes!
